About Us

Jamey Coleman, a graduate of the University of Georgia, embarked on his journey in the field of land surveying in 1992. With dedication and hard work, he earned his Georgia survey license in 1999 and became registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in Alabama in 2007 and in North Carolina in 2010. Jamey also was a key founding partner of a respected, regional, survey firm where he served as Chief Operating Officer for 21 years. Though he sold his ownership in 2021, he continues to contribute as a mentor and advisor, drawing from years of invaluable experience.

 

Throughout his career, Jamey has gained extensive expertise across the various domains of land surveying. His skillset includes boundary analysis, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, floodplain surveys, alcohol compliance surveys, combination surveys, specimen tree surveys, and final plats.

 

In early 2023, Jamey founded a land surveying company based in his home county of Gilmer, Georgia. His son, Bo, now a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Forestry, has joined the business full-time while working toward his Georgia surveying license. Together, they combine years of field experience with fresh knowledge and a shared commitment to precision, integrity, and personalized service.
